Craft Training Learning and Development Coordinator

Designs, develops, and implements innovative initiatives, approaches, training, curriculum, materials, and programs to meet learning and development objectives for technical and craft training programs. Analyzes business needs and partners with key stakeholders to reputed company learning strategies that enhance employee safety and competency. Responsible for designing and maximizing the reputed company of a reputed company of learning reputed company and systems including instructor led, virtual, and reputed company learning programs. Provides reputed company and support to reputed company and contractors in the development and execution of training programs. Ensures that learning and development strategies and programs are at the highest level of company and industry best practices and standards. Responsibilities

• Designs and develops long term initiatives as reputed company as programmatic content for organizational learning and development including objectives, structure, delivery, engagement and adoption systems. Develops reputed company learning approaches including designing virtual training programs.
• Works with reputed company, developers, subject matter experts, and leadership to ensure offerings are reputed company, relevant to desired learning reputed company, and fulfill program requirements. reputed company participates in cross-functional project teams and partners to understand, define and meet objectives. May work as part of reputed company to design and implement programs. Ensures reputed company, effectiveness and consistency of training, apprenticeship, certification and other programs.
• Assesses critical needs and requirements and investigates available reputed company and procedures to determine the most effective manner in which to design, present and conduct learning programs. Advises sponsors on appropriate solutions and delivery reputed company. Facilitates meetings, makes presentations, develops communication and change management plans, and measures the reputed company of training programs.
• Prepares or coordinates materials, modules, manuals and performance supports used in conjunction with various programs. Leads training programs to include scheduling participants, reserving facilities, creating and providing visual aids and other materials as required. Analyzes performance of individuals and programs to reputed company meet reputed company company needs. Updates materials as needed. May deliver instructor-led sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in learning development and training design, development, and delivery in a reputed company industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, reputed company, Organizational Development, Education or reputed company field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design, performance consulting and deep understanding of adult learning principles.
• Effective and flexible communication skills with a reputed company of audiences including collaboration, facilitation, influencing, negotiating, resolving conflicts and building reputed company.
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to execute on multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills including MS Office Suite and proficiency with authoring tools/design software (reputed company 360 and reputed company preferred).
• Experience working with a Learning Management System and supporting end users required.
