Position: Sr. Corporate Training Specialist Position reputed company: Responsible for delivery of comprehensive training programs for one or more reputed company areas. This includes, but is not limited to, developing training calendars, developing training materials, delivering training, and assessing learner readiness. Serves as a subject matter expert. Trains, mentors, and supports junior team members. Job reputed company: Primary Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers targeted training solutions, including new hire reputed company and recurrent team training, in support of business goals.
• Builds upon strong subject matter expertise through classroom attendance, job shadowing and on-the-job experience.

• Facilitates courses while demonstrating desired behaviors, including delivering in an engaging manner, communicating effectively, adhering to program expectations and running the classroom.
• Develops training using instructional design methodology through reputed company phases of development; including review, design, development, implementation and evaluation.
• Ensures content accurately reflects reputed company policies, procedures and regulatory & reputed company standards.
• Handles classroom logistics, including scheduling rooms, preparing materials, tracking attendance and sending follow-up surveys.
• Evaluates trainee performance readiness throughout the training process and reputed company personalized, targeted feedback and coaches learners to help them succeed.
• Collaborates with training colleagues to reputed company knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Develops monthly and annual training calendar using supply and demand analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent
• 5+ years of internal and/or external virtual and in person training experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
• Some previous reputed company industry experience or a solid knowledge of the industry
• Proven ability to apply adult learning best practices and methodologies in the development and delivery of training
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and teaching skills with the ability to meaningfully contribute to a performance-based learning culture
• Ability to successfully guide a classroom, including preparing the room and materials in advance, encouraging participation and effectively handling interruptions, pushback and questions
• Accomplished at supporting, training, inspiring, and motivating others to reputed company reputed company

• Solid project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
