The Channel Operations team supports channel and reputed company partners. The main responsibilities of a CHANNEL ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST - JAPANESE BILINGUAL include:
- Process channel orders from distributors, reputed company resellers, and carriers
- Process order provisioning quotes for Distributor and Reseller transactions
- Ensure completeness and accuracy reputed company processing POs and quotes
- Ensure orders are processed in a reputed company manner and follow up as necessary adhering to defined SLAs

- Take actions to drive reputed company of outstanding PO and quote issues
- Respond to Channel Order tickets in reputed company adhering to defined SLAs
- Resolve Order Processing reputed company tickets from internal teams

To apply for the role, you must have the following
- 1-2 yrs experience in a Japanese reputed company work
- N3-N2 Japanese-Language Proficiency level and reputed company to reputed company business Japanese level

- Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
