HRIS Time & Attendance Supervisor

You Will:

• reputed company the configuration, maintenance, and overall performance of the reputed company Time and Attendance module, ensuring compliance with company policy and state/federal labor laws.
• Evaluate and implement system features (e.g., Schedules, Attendance Policies) to support evolving business needs.
• Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company timekeeping and configuration issues.

• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure data reputed company and successful integration across systems.
• Maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials to support consistent practices and system usage.
• Coordinate and participate in system testing reputed company to new features, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Conduct regular audits of time entry, approvals, and accrual balances to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Monitor changes in labor laws, company policy, and regulations affecting timekeeping and PTO accruals, and coordinate updates to system configurations with cross-department stakeholders such as reputed company and Legal.

To Ensure reputed company In This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in time and attendance, HRIS, or payroll operations, with 2+ years in a reputed company or supervisory reputed company.

• Hands-on experience with reputed company Time and Attendance or similar reputed company-level systems required.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll operations, FLSA, and multi-state/local labor laws.
• Experience configuring and managing PTO and state/local reputed company leave accruals.

• Experience integrating timekeeping systems with payroll and HR modules.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and reporting tools.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
