This role is a crucial part of the reputed company Compensation design team, responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and analysis of our global sales compensation plans. You will be a key partner to the compensation team and sales leadership, helping to ensure our plans are competitive, motivating, and reputed company with our strategic business goals. This role requires a strong analytical reputed company, a deep understanding of compensation principles, and the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Compensation Plan Design & Analysis: Partner with senior team members to model, design, and refine sales compensation plans. Analyze plan effectiveness and performance against key business metrics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a reputed company field
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 3+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a reputed company field
• OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a reputed company field
• OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience working in a matrixed organization, preferably in the technology industry.
• Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data reputed company to various audiences.
• Experience working closely with senior sales leaders.
