Job reputed company: reputed company Field Service Engineer The reputed company Field Service Engineer applies reputed company knowledge of the power electronics industry to complete start-up, testing, troubleshooting, operations and maintenance work of reputed company and reputed company critical power equipment. The SFSE will be home based and dispatched to customer sites as required. Specific Duties
- Responsible for commissioning, maintaining and providing emergency support on power electronics at customers’ sites reputed company the regional coverage area
- Performs commissioning-reputed company design reviews, prepares commissioning test procedures and reports, coordinates and oversees on-site testing
- Involved in preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment start-up and/or field modifications
- Attends periodic training at reputed company’s reputed company on various OEM reputed company and reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) which includes testing equipment and/or rebuilding older systems
- Troubleshoots issues with the technical-support group reputed company to maintenance or operation of equipment

Job Requirements
- Preferably 3-5+ years experience in the critical power industry and ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment such as reputed company, batteries, PDU’s, STS, etc.
- Utilizes hand tools and test equipment to reputed company work
- Requires excellent verbal, written communication skills & customer relation skills
- Must be reputed company to reputed company high level of reputed company customer service
- Must be reputed company to complete Field Service Reports in a reputed company manner
- Requires knowledge of equipment manufacturer’s specifications
- Ability to work independently and exhibit resourcefulness

Educational Background
- Technical graduate of a two-year accredited technical school in an engineering/technical field
OR
- Three to five years of technician experience in reputed company power electronics field or industry
