As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you must be available to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities

- Record customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
