We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team. As a key member of reputed company, you will serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, verifying and entering patient demographics, payer and physician-reputed company information, and assisting customers with basic sleep coaching and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications and Skills
