As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with borrowers regarding federal student loan programs, providing expert guidance on repayment reputed company, deferments, and forbearance eligibility, and updating borrower accounts in an efficient manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, take loan payments, and reputed company personalized solutions to meet the unique needs of reputed company borrower.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and reputed company outbound calls in a friendly and reputed company manner

• Counsel and inform borrowers of their repayment reputed company, deferments, and forbearance eligibility, take payments, and update the borrower's account in an efficient manner
• Become proficient in locating needed information and minimizing the time borrowers would be put on hold

• Work an 8-hour shift with a one 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent, some college or bachelor's degree preferred
