What You'll Be Doing
As a Licensed Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding inbound communication (phone, email, chat, reputed company media, etc.) from our clients' members regarding their insurance needs
- Utilizing your knowledge of personal lines insurance to help members with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, reputed company, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes
- Conducting research and presenting customers with a reputed company to their issues
- Corresponding with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to reputed company coverage information and policy recommendations
- Executing various reputed company service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
