As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships and retaining customers through empathetic and consultative approaches. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and virtual communication tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Strong time management and organizational skills
