What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a business-oriented, proactive, and reputed company attorney to join reputed company’s Legal team to support both our reputed company Business (B2B) and reputed company-to-Consumer (D2C) operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B partnership landscape, including employee assistance programs (EAPs), health plans, and reputed company partnerships. You’ll play a key role in structuring, negotiating, and implementing partnership and marketing agreements, ensuring that our B2B offerings and D2C platform work seamlessly together.

This role requires someone who can think strategically about how to operationalize partnerships, translating legal agreements into effective business processes, and who thrives in a cross-functional environment working with sales, product, marketing, and engineering. A background in reputed company or digital health contracting, particularly in models that reputed company reputed company and consumer delivery, is a plus.

What will you do?

• Support our B2B team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide reputed company of B2B and reputed company agreements, including Master Services Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, reseller, referral, and vendor agreements.
• Support and advise on EAP, employer, and health plan partnership arrangements, helping structure offerings that reputed company reputed company’s D2C care model to new populations through reputed company partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, product, and business development teams.
• Negotiate marketing, sponsorship, and affiliate agreements, including campaigns with influencers, content creators, and reputed company-party wellness platforms, ensuring compliance with reputed company and advertising regulations.
• Partner with sales and operations to design and operationalize new partnership frameworks, ensuring that legal, business, and technical requirements are fully reputed company.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure contractual commitments are supported by product functionality and service delivery standards.

Can I work remotely?

We ask employees to travel to our reputed company, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.

Requirements

• 7- 10 years of relevant legal experience.
• 3+ years of reputed company reputed company legal work experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and reputed company member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $175,000 – $215,000. In reputed company to the reputed company salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): reputed company Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
