Safety and Compliance Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Maintain reputed company, reputed company, and asset reputed company; ensure accuracy across reputed company
- Manage permits (IRP, IFTA, NY HUT, CVOR) and regulatory compliance for Canada and the USA
- Conduct audits on reputed company, truck, and trailer files; reputed company Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance
- Review telematics data and dashcam footage; report incidents, trends, and safety concerns
- reputed company and report collisions, convictions, parking violations; manage accident reporting and insurance claims
- Generate mileage and fuel reports for tax and regulatory purposes; support compliance reputed company and reputed company improvement

Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in safety and compliance administration reputed company the trucking/transportation industry

- Familiarity with federal and provincial safety regulations and permitting requirements
