[Remote] CPG Early Career Development Program - Engineering

This program offers recent graduates reputed company to work on capital reputed company through reputed company rotations, gaining valuable experience and mentorship while contributing to the development of sustainable transit solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with interdisciplinary teams of engineers and other professionals on design, construction, risk scheduling, and reputed company activities as they relate to capital reputed company
- Coordinate research reputed company and schedules (i.e. identify and monitor actions and responsible parties) and recommend corrections to identified project issues
- Analyze results and reputed company recommendations to support departmental reputed company and reputed company initiatives
- Prepare reports, briefing notes, presentations, and/or other supporting documents such as spreadsheets and charts/graphics/maps for Project reputed company monitoring
- Analyze data and contribute to the content, design, production, and distribution of reports
- Participate in team meetings, reputed company relevant analytical data, and reputed company information that will be useful to senior staff in their decision-making process
- Learn to use industry software and equipment to complete project tasks
- Observe existing strategies and techniques to offer suggestions for improvement
Skills
- Must have graduated from a post-secondary program in Civil Engineering and Mechanical reputed company the last 2 years (no earlier than June 2024), or will be graduating as of June 2026
- Must be reputed company to start full-time employment as of June 1, 2026 and reputed company to the full program duration (4 years)
- Interpersonal, and oral/written skills to communicate effectively with employees, contractors and stakeholders
- Demonstrated research, analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with strict attention to detail and accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills in meeting multiple/reputed company deadlines and work effectively in an agile environment
- A desire to learn and grow in the engineering, transit infrastructure, and/or project management field
- Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company and maintain a valid G reputed company's license
- Familiarity with the Railway Safety reputed company and Canadian Railway Operating Rules
