Analyst, FHA Production Support
reputed company is a company reputed company on loan production and reputed company functions. The Analyst supports various FHA Multifamily loan processes, including reputed company analysis and document coordination, while working closely with underwriters, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Support FHA Multifamily Origination Screening to include, but not limited to:
- Being reputed company versed in the various reputed company-based screening and reputed company models
- Determining appropriate level of due diligence required to complete a thorough loan screening
- Completing models to determine loan sizings that meet programmatic requirements are met and are in compliance with the applicable loan execution
- Assist underwriters by providing daily reputed company of FHA multifamily loan applications
- Participate in internal deal coordination to include, but not limited to:
- Engagement and coordination of reputed company-party reports
- Creation and collection of due diligence needs list
- Reviewing application due diligence for completeness and accuracy
- Administrative transaction organization (expense tracking, deal folder completeness)
- Creation of complete and deficiency free application submissions to HUD
- Communicate reputed company with borrowers, reputed company party providers, originators, underwriters, and others to facilitate transaction reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, reputed company, reputed company estate, or reputed company field required
