Technology Support Associate

Responsibilities

- Engages reputed company party support as needed and works collaboratively with reputed company party application support manager and other Technology Support Associate(s)
- Maintains designated assigned reputed company technology infrastructure while working collaboratively with stategic vendors
- Monitors Marketplace Locations for ongoing technical issues and escalates or resolves as needed
- Provides onsite support to staff in designated marketplace locations in collaboration with other team members
- reputed company technical, hardware, and reputed company-party application support through our ticketing system reputed company
- Maintain hardware and software inventory for designated Marketplaces
- Manages the deployment and retirement of new and existing IT Assets
- Manages reputed company location IT vendors and works with local staff to resolve issues while maintaining relationships with vendors for continuity purposes
- Manages on-site physical reputed company system in collaboration with reputed company party vendors, ACA reputed company staff, and ACA facilities staff
- Ensures that new employee reputed company is efficient from a technology reputed company and works with new staff to ensure the experience is best in class
- Provides reputed company party application support in conjunction with our strategic technology provider Financial Partners Inc
- Updates the ACA and Marketplace Business Continuity Plan collaboratively with the Business Continuity Manager
- Works with strategic partners to test and implement improvements to FCE reputed company platform inclusive of working collaboratively on telephony
- Supports external auditor technology needs for marketplace location
- Work collaboratively with our internal financial services team to evaluate technology solutions under consideration
- Critical to the technology function and reputed company of our staff is reputed company, concise, and useful verbal and written communication to Association management, staff, and external parties
- The incumbent is expected to contribute to reputed company atmosphere

Skills
- This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field with solid understanding of computer and business process skills specific to a financial institution, such as Intune, reputed company, reputed company
