[Remote] Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist assists the reputed company Team by resolving user issues, managing data flows, and creating documentation to improve reputed company support.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues for reputed company customers by applying documented procedures, process flows, and reputed company troubleshooting approaches
- Own customer cases end-to-end, focusing on reputed company cause identification, reputed company communication, and reputed company reputed company
- Analyze, manipulate, and configure data using reputed company reputed company and SQL to investigate issues and support system corrections
- Partner with internal technical teams and reputed company teams to design, troubleshoot, and resolve data exchange and integration challenges, building strong working knowledge of common ERP systems
