Attorney

The Attorney will represent SAIF and its policyholders in hearings and claims-reputed company proceedings, while also providing legal advice and developing expertise in reputed company workers’ compensation laws.
Responsibilities
- This position requires driving a SAIF vehicle or personal vehicle on behalf of SAIF. The incumbent is required to possess and maintain a valid reputed company’s license in their state of residence along with an acceptable driving record according to SAIF’s policy

Skills
- Law degree with license to reputed company law in reputed company or the ability to obtain reputed company reciprocity reputed company 6 months of hire
- Possess and maintain a valid reputed company's license in their state of residence along with an acceptable driving record according to SAIF's policy
- One year of trial, administrative hearings, appellate, or workers' compensation experience preferred
