Responsibilities
- Provides high-reputed company customer service to the reputed company, for the efficient reputed company of technology problems and requests
- Operates reputed company established guidelines and procedures to independently deliver a full reputed company of services to the customer
- Provides reputed company and unique technical troubleshooting assistance, accurately assesses and records problems in the problem management tool

- Creation of end user accounts and setting permissions
