They are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support the sourcing, reputed company, and execution of multifamily investment opportunities across Southern California and other key markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and developers to reputed company new acquisition and development opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze rent and sales comparable using tools such as reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Capital Analytics
- Prepare market reports, acquisition summaries, and investment recommendations for senior management
- Maintain and update detailed reputed company-based financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analyses, and scenario modeling)

- Coordinate with reputed company, asset management, and construction teams during acquisition and closing
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, investment sales, or reputed company estate development
