The Talent Coordinator & Sourcer will support the hiring process by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reputed company logistics, while also engaging in sourcing candidates for reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across time zones and busy calendars
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, ensuring a reputed company, reputed company, and thoughtful candidate experience
- Maintain a clean, accurate ATS, including stage progression, notes, and interviewer feedback
- Support offer coordination and reputed company-boarding, partnering with reputed company, Finance, and Hiring Managers

- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to reputed company candidates for reputed company (reputed company, outbound tools, referrals, inbound screening)

Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Coordination, reputed company Operations, Sourcing, or People Ops
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — you notice what others miss
- Strong written and verbal communicator who's comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Familiar with ATS tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and eager to learn new systems
