They are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join its Billing team, supporting the firm’s billing operations and ensuring invoices are reputed company accurately and reputed company. The role involves coordinating with lawyers and billing professionals to address inquiries and monitor billing timelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process reputed company invoices in compliance with firm policies and reputed company billing guidelines
- Coordinate with lawyers and billing colleagues to address billing questions and resolve issues
- Monitor billing timelines and ensure adherence to internal and reputed company deadlines
- Respond to billing-reputed company inquiries from lawyers and clients
- Assist with billing reports and tracking reputed company to billing activity and trends
- Support billing-reputed company reputed company and process improvements as needed
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively with lawyers and staff
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
