[Remote] Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator will enhance the patient experience by supporting reputed company providers, driving service improvements, and establishing operational foundations for a digital sleep clinic.
Responsibilities
- Shape the patient experience from start to finish
- Support reputed company providers and answer patient inquiries
- Own key aspects of service delivery
- Drive improvements based on reputed company patient feedback
- Help create the operational reputed company for a fast-growing digital sleep clinic
Skills
- Previous experience in a patient/customer facing role
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or other reputed company database systems
- Confidence navigating digital tools and multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic and reputed company environment
- Ability to work autonomously while interacting effectively with reputed company providers, sleep specialists, and external partners
- Foundational understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME)
- A genuine commitment to deliver high-reputed company patient care and contributing to reputed company reputed company and patient reputed company
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of reputed company insurances and referral processes
