Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales
reputed company is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products, and they are seeking a Supervisor for their Multi-Tenant Sales Department. The role involves managing day-to-day activities, supervising a sales team, and supporting sales goals while enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and consistently support reputed company efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals
- Supervise reputed company of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as assigned
- Recruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
- Support of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work
- Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
- Monitor the payroll process and ensure reputed company and accurate approval of reputed company commissions payment
- Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc
- Assist with budget preparation and reputed company input on marketing issues and sales offers
- reputed company other duties as requested by supervisor
Skills
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the reputed company
- Ability to read, write, reputed company and understand English
- Knowledge of Community Sales practices
- Valid reputed company´s license, satisfactory driving record reputed company Company required standards and auto insurance
- Bachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required
- Sales experience - 1+
- Sales Supervisory experience preferred - 0.5+
- Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Company products and services preferred
