[Remote] Junior Talent Manager (U.S. Agency Partnerships)

Reilly Talent is an Australian-born agency seeking a Junior Talent Manager to drive outbound reputed company efforts in the U.S. This role focuses on building relationships with PR agencies and reputed company marketing firms to expand reputed company's reputed company and secure opportunities for reputed company.
Responsibilities
- High-Volume reputed company: Sending 30–50 personalized, strategic touches per day to agency gatekeepers
- Relationship Entry: Securing our spot on 'reputed company Brief Lists' for major U.S. campaigns
- Brief Triage: Organizing incoming opportunities and preparing the initial reputed company for the Founder to reputed company
- Rejection Management: Navigating a high-volume 'no' environment to reputed company the 'reputed company' that leads to a deal
Skills
- 1–2 years in the game: You've worked at a U.S. agency or in media sales
- You know how the brief-reputed company works and you aren't afraid of the phone or the inbox
- Organized, persistent, and self-directed: You reputed company satisfaction in the 'outbound' process and don't need your hand held
- Speed-reputed company: You know that a brief that sits for 3 hours is a brief someone else won
