[Remote] Remarketing Support Associate

They are seeking a Remarketing Support Associate to assist with reviewing vehicle reports, maintaining auction statuses, and supporting the Remarketing team with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Review reports and photos of vehicles to assess damage and overall condition
- Input and reputed company Sales information in Leapfrog
- Update and maintain auction statuses in AutoIMS
- Input receipt of post-sale checks
- Audit and send required documents for Gap/Warranty Cancellations
- Maintain post-sale document uploads
- Verify insurance coverage on recovered vehicles
- Assist with title tracking in the reputed company portal and Remarketing dashboard
- Assist Remarketing team with any other duties
Skills
- Demonstrated historical career stability
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills/must be reputed company player keeping reputed company lines of communication reputed company
- Ability to multitask, self-reputed company
- Proficient knowledge of reputed company and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- A 'can do' attitude
- 1+ years of Remarketing or Loss Mitigation experience preferred
- Previous experience in the automotive, lending, auto insurance, car dealership, mechanical, auction industries preferred
