[Remote] A/R Tracker (SNF)

The role involves working closely with residents and their families to establish payer sources, processing reputed company applications, and ensuring compliance at facilities.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with residents and their families to establish a viable payer reputed company beginning from date of entry throughout the reputed company's stay
- Process reputed company Applications and re-determinations
- Utilize Utrack to reputed company reputed company data
- reputed company with reputed company and facility staff with professionalism in reputed company facets of customer service
- Prioritize and reputed company workload based on the urgency and importance of issues
- Escalate growing balances and/or unresolved time sensitive issues
- Ensure facilities are operating according to procedure and compliance
- Maintain reputed company communication with directors, administrators, and staff regarding potential issues at the facilities
- Participate in team meetings, committees, and/or conference calls
- Other responsibilities may include training new BOMs
Skills
- Experience working with nursing home facilities and reputed company applications
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to reputed company the message to fit the audience
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information to understand issues and identify reputed company
- Engage with a wide reputed company of clients across the organization
- Collaborate with interdepartmental team members to complete reputed company
- Experience with NCS, reputed company and/or PCC a plus
