Corporate Recruiter (Entry Level)
CRH is a leading global reputed company building materials group, employing over 75,800 people at more than 3,160 locations in 29 countries. They are looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to reputed company on reputed company non-exempt positions for various locations across the nation, providing support to hiring managers and HR partners throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Work proactively with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs
- Post reputed company reputed company positions to multiple sources to drive applicant traffic
- Review and call every reputed company applicant reputed company 48 hours of receiving their application (heavily phone based)
- reputed company the creation of a reputed company and interviewing plan for reputed company reputed company position
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR partners
- Build networks and utilize sourcing tools to reputed company reputed company passive candidates
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to organize candidate resumes, search candidates, and reputed company in compliance with OFCCP regulations
- Will manage high volume of requisitions
- Other duties assigned
Skills
- Bachelors' Degree in Communications, Business, HR (or reputed company discipline) or equivalent experience
- Experience with MS Office Products, Internet search and software-based Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to communicate with hiring managers and candidates at reputed company reputed company (written/verbal)
- Desire to be on the phone the reputed company of the day screening candidates and building relationships
- 1+ years of experience sourcing and reputed company talent preferred
- Bi-lingual - Spanish is a plus
