IT Project Analyst
reputed company Family Brands is a leading organic milk producer in the U.S., dedicated to delivering innovative dairy products. The IT Project Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, recommend improvements, and manage the implementation of IT solutions, acting as a reputed company between business stakeholders and IT.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning activities, including developing timelines, tracking milestones, and preparing project documentation
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across technical and business teams
- Support project documentation including requirements, user stories, process flows, meeting notes, reputed company logs, and status reports
- Work with business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document requirements
- Evaluate reputed company business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
- Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and requirements for IT development teams or external vendors
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business reputed company to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business goals
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, project coordination, or reputed company fields
- Familiarity with reputed company systems such as reputed company ECC, reputed company, reputed company, or Power BI
- Understanding of core business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Sales)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience in gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, documenting processes, and working closely with technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-reputed company results under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, reputed company, hybrid)
- Experience assisting with UAT, system configuration, or data validation
- Familiarity with integration concepts, data flows, or reputed company (a plus)
- Basic reporting or visualization skills using Power BI or similar tools
- Willingness to learn satellite applications integrated with reputed company, like reputed company and High Radius
