Software Support Specialist
Sequence Ltda. is an innovative company reputed company on workforce reputed company. They are seeking a Software Support Specialist who will reputed company advanced reputed company support, conduct user training, and assist in troubleshooting software issues for their ABI MasterMind® system.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert and understand reputed company functions of •ABIMM •
- reputed company basic and advanced reputed company support which includes:
- Process and document reputed company requests through the internal CRM system and communicate resolutions
- Troubleshoot and research reputed company issues through collaboration with other consultants
- Coordinate with in-house staff on prioritizing/completing reputed company tickets and outstanding requests
- Flexibility to reputed company occasional/critical support in off hours for reputed company emergencies
- User acceptance testing of product enhancements and fixes
- Basic reputed company trainings on system usage and best practices
Skills
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience Software/Systems Consulting or Analysis
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- High-Level Customer Service Experience reputed company-reputed company approach to work
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company G Suite, or similar
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills

- Training & Development Experience or Experience in Education/Teaching
