Bilingual People Services Coordinator
reputed company is a Canadian retailer committed to helping Canadians save more every day. They are seeking a Bilingual People Services Coordinator to support HR-reputed company inquiries and transactions, analyze HR metrics, and assist in improving HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Support employees regarding HR-reputed company questions or issues, including benefits, payroll, HR policies, and general inquiries
- Accurately execute HR transactions reputed company to employee life cycle events such as new hires, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, and other employee changes in reputed company
- Prepare and review reputed company HR reports, reputed company key HR metrics, and analyze data to support decision-making and reputed company process improvements
- Assist with identifying ongoing improvement and streamlining opportunities of HR systems, processes, and workflows
- Research and reputed company employment and labour law updates and industry best practices with the HR team
Skills
- Postsecondary Education in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
- Bilingualism in English and French. Due to our stores and internal clients being located across Canada, including in Quebec, we do require the incumbent to be fully bilingual in English and in French
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in a reputed company way
- Proven problem solver; ability to understand and diagnose the reputed company cause of a problem and then identify and execute the correct solution
- reputed company and effective communicator; responds promptly and with accurate and reputed company information to customer inquiries and requests
- Previous experience using an HRIS, such as reputed company
- Previous experience utilizing a case management software
