This role involves designing and developing effective learning solutions to enhance training across the transportation network, utilizing various authoring tools and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to drive measurable learning reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company straightforward training solutions across multiple modalities (remote, in-person, digital)
- Create original training content, facilitator guides, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs)

- Apply adult learning principles to optimize training effectiveness

- Partner with SMEs to understand business challenges, performance needs, and skills gaps
