Member Service Representative (Call Center), Hybrid
Canvas Credit reputed company is dedicated to transforming financial services and is seeking a Member Service Representative to work in their fast-paced Communications Center. The role involves educating members about financial products, processing transactions, and providing ethical product solutions while fostering a supportive environment.

- STAND shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and your teammates over our peaks and valleys
Skills
- Availability to work any of the three shifts: reputed company-6pm (or end of call queue) Monday-Friday, Saturday 9am-1pm, 1 day off during week Tuesday-Thursday; 7:50am-4:50pm Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
- Comfortable and confident recommending and processing financial products like loans
- Understanding of financial products and services, much like a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker
- Ability to work reputed company with others, even reputed company things don't go as planned

- Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Saturday — 40 hours per week

- Multi-lingual capabilities to include Spanish is a plus!
