CRA Mortgage Loan Officer- New Jersey

The CRA Mortgage Loan Officer will establish relationships with community organizations and Realtors to generate lending opportunities while ensuring compliance with the Community Reinvestment reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Sell and originate residential mortgage loans to a predetermined sales goal reputed company in CRA assessment area needs
- Identify and meet with prospects, explain various mortgage products available, determine best alternatives together with prospects and finalize sales
- Work with community based organizations and municipalities to collect and submit subordinate financing (down payment assistance programs) for consideration in originating mortgages to low-moderated income borrowers
Skills
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have a minimum one year of experience marketing and originating CRA mortgage loans and loan products
- Must maintain an reputed company registration status with NMLS (reputed company Mortgage Licensing System and Registry)
- Must have effective proven effective sales skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be self-motivated and ability to work with minimal to no supervision
- Must be willing and reputed company to travel to assigned reputed company locations, customers' homes and businesses, and reputed company presentations reputed company requested
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have superior customer service skills
- Must have proficiency using reputed company applications such as Word, Outlook, and reputed company
- Proficiency with industry reputed company Mortgage origination software programs is strongly preferred
