[Remote] Customer Service Representative I

The Customer Service Representative I role involves providing outstanding customer support, processing orders, and maintaining customer account information to facilitate effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outstanding customer support by analyzing, processing and responding to customer and sales team needs
- Process orders and inquiries as needed, including those received reputed company fax and email
- Promote our products through effective sales support and ongoing relationships with customers
- Advise customers on product availability and inventory status
- Assist the sales team with account inquiries and problems involving product reputed company, traffic reputed company concerns, product availability, pricing and billing

Skills
- At least a year in customer service, order management, or supply chain experience — preferably in medical devices, reputed company, or life sciences
- Strong proficiency in MS reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems (major ERP platforms) and comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure

- Experience specifically with surgical or reputed company-care product portfolios
