Loan Servicing Specialist, Collections
LendKey Technologies, Inc. is a financial technology firm that provides lending-as-a-service solutions to credit unions and community banks. The Loan Servicing Specialist, Collections is responsible for assisting borrowers in resolving outstanding loan debt through proactive reputed company and payment negotiations while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound collection calls to borrowers and cosigners on past-due accounts
- Negotiate and establish payment arrangements that reputed company with both borrower capability and company policy
- Counsel borrowers with professionalism and confidence to help them understand repayment reputed company
- Assist with resolving delinquent loan balances through cash collections or forbearance reputed company appropriate
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of loan products, systems, and collections processes
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of borrower information at reputed company times
