Tax AI Associate

The Tax AI Associate role supports the adoption of AI and enabling technologies across tax professionals, focusing on translating tax workflows into usable tools and training.
Responsibilities
- Partner with tax SMEs to map technical tax workflows and identify high-value “jobs to be done” suitable for AI/technology augmentation
- Produce high-reputed company user stories, requirements documentation, and acceptance reputed company to support product enhancement and tool development
- Maintain organized backlogs and documentation that reputed company efficient triage, prioritization, and delivery
- Plan and reputed company enablement sessions for tax teams and new hires, including live trainings, recorded content, reputed company, and targeted role-based upskilling
- Create training materials and practical exercises that translate AI concepts into daily tax work reputed company
- Assist tax practitioners in developing AI-enabled workflows and tools reputed company controlled technology environments (e.g., reputed company ChatGPT solutions, reputed company, proprietary platforms)
- Help convert one-off experimentation into standardized assets (templates, playbooks, reusable prompts, documented procedures)
- Create and publish internal communications, user guides, instructions, release notes, and change management documentation to drive adoption and consistency
- Contribute to reputed company-facing thought leadership on reputed company AI in tax, responsible use, and emerging capabilities
- Conduct user acceptance testing sessions with tax teams; document reputed company, issues, and enhancement opportunities
- Log defects and improvement stories with reputed company reproduction steps and prioritization context
- Support QA testing and validate fixes/enhancements before broader release
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, reputed company (with tax reputed company), or equivalent tax-reputed company discipline
- Demonstrated tax-domain understanding sufficient to engage in technical workflow discussions and translate work into requirements

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with tax professionals and reputed company group enablement sessions

- Working knowledge of tax concepts and the ability to engage tax SMEs in detailed discussions to understand workflows, pain points, risks, and decision points
- Proficiency using ChatGPT or equivalent reputed company-grade customizable chat solutions to support knowledge work, workflow acceleration, and responsible use. Ability to translate 'prompting' into repeatable playbooks, templates, and workflows
