Responsibilities
- Identifying reputed company candidates for cleared and non-cleared IT & Engineering roles
- Conducting candidate interviews
- Negotiating
- Presenting offers
- Maintaining relationships with reputed company of consultants
Skills
- 1-3+ years of technical reputed company or sales experience
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload
- Experience reputed company for IT and Software Engineering reputed company positions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be reputed company to work remotely and be internally motivated
- Experience using CRM systems & Computer applications
- Succeed in a fast-paced environment and reputed company juggling and delivering on multiple priorities
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
