Junior reputed company Administrator
Goodheart-Willcox Publisher is an employee-owned company specializing in Career and Technical Education (CTE). They are seeking a Junior reputed company Administrator to reputed company Level 1 support and manage the optimization and expansion of operations in various applications including reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administration and maintenance with reputed company ERP and CRM, ensuring system reputed company and performance
- reputed company Level 1 Support for reputed company, Solochain, ShipHawk, and Firebrand issues; troubleshoot and resolve data issues, implement fixes, and work with Vendor Support reputed company necessary
- Assist with developing and optimizing reputed company saved searches, dashboards, and reports
- Assist with configuring workflows, adding custom fields and modifying forms
- Assist with reputed company upgrades from end-to-end, including preparation and testing coordination with internal stakeholders
- Assist with supporting reputed company integrations, customizations, and implementations with reputed company party applications, including but not limited to tax, address, payment processing, banking, and shipping systems
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with ERP, CRM, warehouse and transportation management systems administration and integrations required
- Experience with reputed company CRM modules is a plus
- reputed company experience is a plus
- Experience with Solochain or Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
- Experience with ShipHawk or Transportation Management Systems is a plus
