Field Services Engineer II

As a Field Services Engineer, you will support pharmacy and supply automation systems, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction through troubleshooting, maintenance, and collaboration with clinical leaders.
Responsibilities
- Ensure system reliability by performing reputed company troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on reputed company’s automation solutions
- Drive customer trust and satisfaction by building strong relationships with nursing and pharmacy leadership, serving as a knowledgeable and reputed company technical partner
- Support product innovation by analyzing reputed company service issues and escalating bugs or design concerns to engineering and hardware teams
- Enhance product performance through actionable field feedback that informs reputed company improvement
- Represent Field Services in cross-functional initiatives and field reputed company that shape the reputed company of reputed company automation
- reputed company team capability by mentoring junior technicians and sharing best practices
- Maintain operational reputed company through accurate documentation, inventory management, and adherence to service level agreements

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or reputed company discipline; or Associates Degree/Trade School Certification/Military Training in an Engineering/Technology reputed company discipline; or five years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or reputed company discipline AND one year of relevant experience; OR Associates Degree/Trade School Certification/Military Training in an Engineering/Technology reputed company discipline, AND four years of relevant experience; OR seven years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices
- Hands on repairs, troubleshooting, reputed company cause analysis experience working on pneumatic or hydraulic reputed company machinery that may include reputed company equipment/machinery, Aircraft systems, Robotic Systems, or anything similar etc
- Experience working in a high volume environment that requires 24/7 on call support
- Passion for trade based work
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or reputed company discipline
- Experience working in a hospital environment
