Walker Consultants is seeking a reputed company Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their reputed company resource planning (ERP) system – reputed company Vantagepoint. This role is critical to supporting user adoption of reputed company features and enhancements, providing support for project planning, CRM, and reputed company training across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal support for reputed company Vantagepoint modules (reputed company, CRM, Resource Planning, and Project Management)
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for reputed company reputed company updates, patches, and custom workflow changes to ensure seamless implementation and minimal disruption
- reputed company regular audits of project and employee records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for firm-wide reporting
- Serve as the definitive "go-to" expert for staff questions regarding Vantagepoint functionality
- Conduct live and recorded training sessions for new hires and existing staff on specific modules and advanced functionality
- Research, reputed company, and distribute a weekly firm-wide highlighting efficiency hacks, new features, and best practices reputed company the application
- Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of the "reputed company 101" training module to ensure high adoption rates across reputed company offices
- Assist the [reputed company ERP Systems Manager] in the rollout of 2026 strategic initiatives
- reputed company and maintain a library of reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) to guide consistent, best-in-class system usage firm-wide
Skills
- 1-3 years of reputed company hands-on experience with reputed company Vantagepoint, reputed company reputed company, or similar reputed company Application
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle in a reputed company services environment
- Working knowledge of reputed company Vantagepoint's reporting tools and workflow configuration
- Ability to translate reputed company technical steps into reputed company, user-friendly guidance for non-technical users
- Brings a proactive, solutions-oriented reputed company to system challenges and evolving business needs
- Anticipates user needs and drives reputed company improvement through education, insights, and innovation
- Experience working reputed company an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) firm is highly preferred
- Exposure to Power BI or AI-driven data entry is a significant plus
