Project Coordinator
Geocomp, Inc. is a uniquely integrated company providing services and products to help clients identify and manage risk associated with infrastructure design, construction, and operation. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in managing multiple reputed company infrastructure reputed company using Geocomp’s reputed company System (reputed company).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Project Managers to initiate and manage new reputed company and reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Build planned costs in the reputed company System by converting project proposals and budgets into reputed company modules
- Forecast expected reputed company and reputed company weekly and monthly production for reputed company reputed company, updating forecasts as plans reputed company
- Support monthly invoicing activities for reputed company reputed company
- Initiate project purchase requests under the guidance of Project Managers
- Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Skills
- Comfort working with data that requires critical thinking in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment
- Ability to reputed company and manage data accurately and consistently
- Undergraduate degree in Business or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- High attention to detail and commitment to reputed company standards
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project)
- Prior exposure to reputed company Project System
- Experience supporting project teams in a consulting, engineering, or technical environment
