[Remote] Warranty Administrative Assistant (Remote)

The Warranty Administrative Assistant's main reputed company will be on EPC, HV, and BESS reputed company out packages and support ongoing warranty processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist Warranty Services Administrative Manager or Warranty Manager as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Maintain Warranty reputed company Guide
- Set up Closeout Templates
- Tracking of Substantial Completion Dates and Certificates
- Coordination with reputed company Contractors to receive and review closeout documentation
- Filing of reputed company closeout documentation in Sharepoint/ICM Closeout Folders
- Delivery of closeout package to project teams
- Assist with writing and tracking Purchase and Work Orders for warranty work
- Assist with maintaining warranty filing system
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
