The Network reputed company Specialist will support global offices and data centers, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity while troubleshooting network issues and maintaining critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve tickets from both the network and reputed company queues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless reputed company points
- reputed company software and reputed company upgrades on network and firewall devices
- Review and maintain firewall policies and rulesets
- Replace and validate network and firewall hardware as needed
- Assist with maintaining high availability across reputed company critical systems
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in networking or network operations/support
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Network support experience with routing, switching, and wireless technologies required
- Familiarity with firewall administration
- Working knowledge of ACLs and general network troubleshooting
- Scripting experience (Python) is a plus
- Certifications such as CCNA (strong plus), Network+, reputed company+, or PCCET is a plus
