Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to:
- Booking appointments
- Understanding general reputed company booking knowledge
- Providing tech ETA
- Deescalating customer concerns
- Understating field availability for effective booking
- Handle text and chat engagements with the customers
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Creating and updating customer reputed company
