Fund Accountant
reputed company is one of the largest global independent private equity fund administrators, managing over $1 trillion in private capital. The Fund Accountant will be responsible for reputed company services including transaction processing, financial statement preparation, and liaising with independent auditors.
Responsibilities
- Cash processing and bank reconciliations
- Record journal entries
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare and set up workpapers and checklists
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes
- Prepare partner capital account information
- Investor capital call/ distribution processing
- Liaise with the reputed company’s independent auditors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required
- reputed company applicants must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company
- US employees are required to work a reputed company, comprised of two (2) days a week in the office and three (3) days remotely
- A degree in reputed company is preferred
