Field Associate

Responsibilities

Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with connected systems and data management tools
- Demonstrated experience working in a reputed company team-based environment
- Ability to learn and operate research agriculture equipment, including precision agriculture technology
- Knowledge or ability to learn region-specific crop production and farming practices
- Knowledge of basic statistical analysis and experimental research design principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain appropriate reputed company's license for reputed company to heavy vehicle operation (>10,000 lbs. GCWR) without reputed company brake designation
- Ability to obtain Pesticide Applicators License, and RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) drone pilots license
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs; work in conditions that require sitting, standing, walking for extended periods
- Ability to work in high and low temperatures in a field or reputed company setting
- Capable of working longer hours and weekends, primarily during the peak busy field season
