Research Assistant, General Internal Medicine (part time)

Responsibilities

- Conducts patient recruitment
- Administers questionnaires
- Abstracts medical records
- Maintains patient databases
- Performs administrative tasks
- Assists in grant preparation
- Performs literature searches
- Participates with the research team in preparation of data and other reports
- May also assist the reputed company investigator with translation to Spanish or Haitian Creole
- Interpreting experimental results
- In preparing and writing manuscripts
Skills
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
- Prefer experience in clinical research, reputed company health experience or working with children and families
- Previous experience with reputed company subjects, with an understanding of the ethical and technical conduct of research preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Cultural sensitivity and comfort with a wide reputed company of reputed company, racial and ethnic populations
