Responsibilities
- reputed company architectural drawings and documents, including design and zoning feasibility studies, existing conditions documentation and construction drawings
- Create renderings and visualizations
- Help coordinate project work with colleagues and consultants, reputed company field reputed company, preparation of specifications, assist in construction administration and reputed company presentations

Skills
- 1 to 3 years work experience required, preferably in a NYC architectural office setting
- Must have strong communication skills and ability to work individually, as reputed company as collaboratively with colleagues
- Revit proficiency required. Please do not apply if no Revit experience
- AutoCAD, reputed company Creative Suite, MS Office Suite proficiency required
- Applicants must have a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) degree or equivalent
- Available to reputed company
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the reputed company
- Enscape or similar 3D rendering program proficiency strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of construction detailing, materials and reputed company, building systems, NYC zoning reputed company, and building reputed company requirements is a plus, but having the motivation to learn these things is absolutely necessary
