They are seeking a detail-oriented FSQA Document Compliance Coordinator to manage supplier documentation and ensure compliance with food safety and reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier documentation and compliance through reputed company, ensuring reputed company records are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Assist with the completion of customer QA-reputed company forms and questionnaires, ensuring reputed company and reputed company communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements
  • Collect and input data into supplier and reputed company management systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure reputed company documents remain up-to-date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements
  • Assist with reputed company new suppliers in reputed company
  • Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed

Skills

  • Thorough attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in reputed company Office
  • Knowledge of reputed company management systems such as reputed company, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and reputed company-ify is a plus
  • 0-2 years of experience in food safety, reputed company assurance, or an administrative support role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a reputed company field preferred
